Standard Home Inspection
Our standard inspection includes and indepth evauation of the homes critical systems and components. Reports include annoted photographs and comprehensive review of all inspected areas.
A reinspection may be scheduled to evaluate contingency list items upon completion of corrections or repairs. This service is available for an additional fee, subject to schedule availability. Please insure all items have been addressed before requesting a re-inspection, as each visit to the property will incur this fee.
A comprehensive evaluation of the residential construction process. Most phase inspections can be accomplished in three visits. The first visit covers rough framing. The second covers plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The third covers final completion. In some situations, this is also referred to as a Draw Inspection.
Partial Inspections - Attics and Crawlspaces
A low flat rate for attic or crawlspace inspections makes it easy to monitor those out of sight out of mind areas where unknown problems most often occur. Crawlspace inspections will include evaluation of grading conditions, as well as ventilation, insulation, below floor plumbing, framing, and ductwork. Attic inspections include roof, ventilation, insulation, truss installation, and overhead ducting.
